LAX Return Guide | Reach Rental

Go to the Return Location

Please drive to the following return location: 5777 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045.

This address will guide you to the alley entrance on the 98th Street side. Once you arrive nearby, follow the photo instructions to enter the return area.

Find the Alley Entrance and Enter the Return Area

Find the alley entrance on the 98th Street side and continue down the alley to the dedicated parking area along the side of the Airport Spectrum building.

Park the Vehicle

Please park in one of Reach Rental's designated parking spaces.

If both Reach Rental spaces are occupied, you may temporarily use the 5–6 far-left spaces when facing the fence.

Do not park in spaces reserved for other companies. Doing so may interfere with other businesses and may result in towing or fines.

Before leaving the vehicle:

Remove all personal belongings
Close the windows
Turn off the vehicle and lock it

Walk from the Parking Area to Reach Rental

After parking, follow the route shown in the photos. Walk from the side parking area into the building, follow the indoor route to the first-floor lobby, and continue to the Reach Rental office.

Return the Vehicle Key

When you arrive at the Reach Rental office, hand the key directly to a staff member if someone is available.

If no staff member is present or you are returning the vehicle outside business hours, use the lockbox attached to the office door handle.

You do not need to open the office door. Enter the code provided by customer service, pull out only the key compartment at the bottom of the lockbox, place the vehicle key inside, push the compartment back into place, and scramble the combination.

The lockbox is for returning keys. It does not open the office door.

If the Key Compartment Is Full

If there is no room for your key, remove the keys already inside the compartment and place them together inside the vehicle you are returning, preferably in the center console.

Then place only the key for your returned vehicle into the lockbox compartment, push the compartment back in, and scramble the combination.

Afterward, contact Reach Rental customer service immediately and tell us that the key compartment was full and that the other keys were placed in the center console of your returned vehicle. This allows our staff to locate them promptly.

Go to the Front Entrance and Wait for the Shuttle

After returning the key, walk through the lobby, exit through the front entrance of the Airport Spectrum building, and wait outside for the free shuttle back to LAX.

Take the Shuttle Back to LAX

The shuttle generally runs about every 30 minutes. Actual wait and travel times may vary depending on airport traffic.

After boarding, if the driver asks for your destination, tell the driver your terminal or airline. The driver will stop at the appropriate location.

Please allow plenty of time to return to the airport. We recommend arriving at the terminal at least 2 hours before a domestic flight and at least 3 hours before an international flight. Allow additional time during major holidays and peak travel periods, and remember to include shuttle wait and travel time.
