Except for economy class, we try to honor specific requests. If fleet logistics prevent it, we provide a similar class/price vehicle or a complimentary upgrade.

Renters are generally required to be 21 or older. Drivers ages 21 through 25, inclusive, are subject to a $10-per-day young driver fee. Renters under 21 must contact Reach Rental in advance and meet the applicable insurance and eligibility requirements. Reach Rental has not published a separate luxury-only deposit schedule. Deposit handling for your rental length is shown during booking and follows the published FAQ.

Yes. International visitors follow the same license and age requirements as other renters. Reach Rental requires a valid driver’s license for the primary driver and accepts Chinese and international licenses. Non-US licenses must also show a passport and visa page, and booking details must match the ID.
