LAX Pick-up Guide
Follow these 6 simple steps to reach our office smoothly.

Go to Departures Level
After arrival, take the escalator or elevator up to the 【Ticketing / Check-in / Departure】 level.

Find the Red Shuttle Zone
Exit to the curb and walk to the red 【Hotel & Private Parking Shuttle】 zone.

Zone Location
Each terminal has a red shuttle zone; from the International Terminal, go left or right to the nearest stop.

Board the Shuttle
Wait for and board the shuttle marked 【Airport Spectrum】 (arrives about every 20 minutes).

Arrive at Building
Please tell the driver 【Airport Spectrum】 when you board. The stop will be announced upon arrival.

Check-in at Suite 110
Enter the lobby (Level 1). At the central 【Information Desk】, proceed to 【Suite 110】 for pickup.
